It seems that ever since we upgraded to version 9.2.1 of Forms, we have been experiencing a bizarre behavior.  

Specifically, someone reported to me that on occasion, they have access to all of our published forms, but on other occasions, they have access to only a handful of them.  Looking at this further, when only a handful of forms could be accessed, this was for forms where individual permissions were set, whereas when they occasionally had access to all forms, this was for forms where group permissions were set.  

It seems odd that permissions for all forms seems to be flipping between recognizing Laserfiche groups and not, but that seems to be the case here.
