My scanner explorer/configuration pane has disappeared . I was trying to set up a coworker to do some basic scanning. We reset to default and when asked about scanning mode, I hit basic and don't ask this question again. How do I get it back

In the Client, go to Tools > Options > Reset > Prompts and under the "Confirmations" section, make sure "Scan mode" is checked. Click OK to save the changes and then open Laserfiche Scanning again. You should now be able to select between basic and standard scanning again.
