I'm trying to figure out a logical folder structure for financial aid related documents, and I have a couple of questions:
1) Is there a different application process for different types of awards (grants, scholarships, loans, etc.)? If so, do these application processes share the same/similar forms? Are duplicates of those same forms stored in your repository?
2) With the above in mind, what's the best way to organize your folder structure for financial aid? By Class Year and Award Type? Alphabetically by Student's last name so as to have a holistic view of a student's financial aid info? If anyone can share screenshots of their current folder structures that would be extremely helpful.
