When user opening LFDS site, this message is displayed on General tab. Site is displayed correctly with all functionality if same user added to local administrators group on the LFDS server. Please see attached. What detail permissions user need to avoid make him to be local server administrator?

As stated in the help files, there is a local group called Laserfiche Directory Service Administrators created on installation of LFDS for this purpose.

Adding a user to this group will grant them the same rights in LFDS that a Local Administrator is automatically granted without having to make LFDS administrators Admins on the server machine.

See that same help file for information on more granular ways to grant access.

I'm a bit confused by this. I looked in the Groups section and didn't find a Laserfiche Directory Service Administrators group in there.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

It's a local Windows group on the LFDS server computer.
