I recently upgraded one of our clients and they have asked a question regarding stamps.

As stamps used to be administered through the admin console they could control which stamps were created & used. Now that private stamps can be created this has went out the window.

What I would like to know is there any setting which would remove users rights to create stamps and enforce them to only use the public stamps?

I cannot remove the annotation rights as they still need to stamp a document but I want to ensure they cannot create their own private "fake" stamp. We want to push out a public stamp which captures the username token which they will be unable to change, we do not want them to be able to create a stamp & put another users name in it.

Using workflow/SDK to stamp the document is not an option as this client is still on an old licence & does not have workflow.
