Snapshot - Access Denied

User is getting "access denied" error when trying to use Snapshot.  No trouble accessing folders or using template/workflow.  What setting am I missing?

Are you using windows authentication to login to the client? If so, can you make sure that the windows account you are using is valid and can login to the domain as well as to LF?
