QF Session has 37GB of unprocessed documents yet we can't see them when we open the session

This is the unprocessed storage location for our session.

 

Here is what shows in the document revision pane when I open the session.

How did you confirm you're opening the correct session?

Using the unique ID from the programdata folder name. It matches the unique ID from the .qfx file when opened in notepad.

Which subfolder contains the files?

Two sub-folders, one is called "4" and one is called "5". 19GB each.
