While trying to open settings within Web Access 9.0 we are getting the following error:

"This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms"

we tried to update web.config file as per the following https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/911722 mircosoft article but it is still showing the same error.

Hi there,

This error is a known issue. This will happen whenever FIPS is enabled on a machine where WA is installed. I recommend opening a case with technical support and we can provide a custom fix. Please provide a link to the thread. For your reference, the bug report for the root issue is SCR123243.

Laserfiche Support team provided us with a hotfix and it is now working like a charm.

This also appears to have resurfaced in Workflow 10.2, and there is a hotfix:
