asked on June 26, 2015

We just migrated everything to a new volume on a new server.  Everything worked fine except for 10 documents.    The errors are database errors.  Here are the error messages.  How do we get these documents to the new volume?

You can get more information about the database error by looking at the application event log on the Laserfiche Server computer. It'd be best to know what the error is before coming up with an action plan of addressing it.

Also, can those documents currently be opened normally in the Laserfiche Client or do you get an error when trying to do so?
