SSAE 16 appears to apply to organizations, not software.  Can you clarify if you are asking if Laserfiche the company has undergone SSAE 16 auditing (it has not, AFAIK) or if Laserfiche the software can help an organization pass their SSAE 16 audit?  If the latter, I'm sure it can, so if you have any specific questions or concerns that would help you get a better answer.

Edited to add: Or are you asking about a hosted Laserfiche solution being audited?
