Use Workflow to change Doc Type

Hi Community, I have an a Doc Type of "Form Grades" that I would like to change to read "Form Grade Report". I have already created a new Doc Type that is being used for the new documents but I would also like to be able to use a workflow to change all the stored documents that have a value of "Form Grades" into "Form Grade Report"

I am using "Find Entries" to do a lookup in our archive folder, then For Each Entry action, but I cannot seem to find a replace or something similar to accomplish the above-said.

Any ideas? Thank you!

"Doc Type" is a field? If that's the case, you can run a Search Repository activity that finds all documents where the field value is "Form Grades" and use Assign Field Values to set it to the new value.

As this appears to be a one time process you need to do, it may be easier to just use the Client for this rather than making a workflow. Use the Client to search for all documents that have the "Form Grades" doc type and then after selecting all documents in the search results, edit the metadata and change the doc type to "Form Grade Report"
