Audit Trail is not tracking events for workflow user

I have default settings for audit trail events tracking but when I am generating reports from it, it does not have any entry for workflow user. I have excluded workflow user in Workflow Admin Console > Advanced Server Options.

What account are you using in your Workflow Connection profile? You can have multiple Workflow Profiles. Is this the account you are trying to Audit?

Excluding the Workflow connection profile user in the Workflow server's options means Workflow will not consider its actions when evaluating starting rules and conditions. It has no impact whatsoever on auditing this user's actions in Laserfiche.

Did you check the effective audit events in the Laserfiche Administration Console? What are the events audited for this user?
