Whenever a user uses quick search or normal search, entering a search term longer than 11 characters returns this error:

Error Code: 9020
Error Message: The parameter is out of range or too long. [9020]

I'm wondering if there's any relation to this kb: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1012363 even though I'm just trying to search?

If you add a few more characters to the search (total 20-25 characters or so), a 9008 error comes up instead.

Check the event log on the LF server, it should have more details about the 9008 error.
