With the new reports coming in Forms 10, will it be possible for me to run a report on a specific user to see all items currently assigned to them? Also, can this report or ability be shared with other users?
Every year we have turn over of administrative staff and before they leave we need to make sure that there aren't any items waiting for their approval. It would be great if we could run a report for the specified user that would show us all items assigned to them so we could either re-assign them or have the staff member process them before they leave. If we could also give our HR staff the ability to do this as part of the exit process, it would make it run smoother.
