Look up arabic fields from Oracle using Quickfields

Dears ,

Our customer facing an issue with populating laserfiche fields from oracle database while retrievieng arabic field values and populating laserfiche template field it shows ???????? ???? question marks , i did configured the regional ,language and local setting as arabic but does not solve the issue , how ever retrievieng arabic field values from Excel working fine .

Is there any recommended configuration can be done on oracle database or laserfiche to fix this issue ?

Quick Fields does not have any special handling for Oracle. As you can tell from the fact that Excel works, Unicode support is up to the individual drivers. You can try the "Force SQL_WCHAR Support" option in the driver's properties as per Oracle documentation (which seems to indicate that Unicode support is disabled by default).
