Laserfiche Capture Engine Error: cannot scan ... Index was out of range

Hello….

I am trying to process a multi-page PDF file of single page letters using Quickfields and Laserfiche Capture Engine but so far, no cigar.

In Quickfields land…what does this error mean?

Error: cannot scan 'Outstanding Balance Letters.pdf'. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Parameter name: index

What index is this referring to?

I checked hotfix 1013636 for Quick Fields 9.0 and although this error is not mentioned, I was wondering if it might provide a solution for this issue.

I am using Quickfields v9.0.1.481

If you press F12 to open the application errors pane after receiving that error, the error should be listed. Click Details and paste the information you see there in this thread. Though, it might be easier to have your reseller open a support case and attach the PDF, if this is specific to that one PDF.

Hello Miruna....

We do not have a reseller...who else could I contact?

I pressed F12 to bring up the errors pane...there is not mention of an error...."Details" is grayed out.....
