License file does not allow connection to the server (server serial: )

Can I have a help.I am not able to log in into laserfiche web access I am getting this error"License file does not allow connection to the server (server serial: )" and I am using the valid Key.

The message you are getting is an accurate message. The key may be good but the Laserfiche server you are trying to use with Web Access is not meant to be connected to this Web Access install. 

One more thing, please make sure that the LF server you are actually trying to connect to is working and you can log into it using the LF client before you connect to it with Web Access.

This error occurs when you activate Web Access with the wrong key, usually a solution provider key on a customer's machine or the other way around. The fix is to reactivate using the correct key.
