Hello,
I have had to make a change to my Laserfiche Server IP. Now on all clients I receive a Unknown Error 6000. Does anyone know how to resolve this. There has got to be a place to change or update where the server now resides?

Laserfiche has a resolution for this issue. Follow this link to the support link: Error 6000
According to the article the fix is applied on version 7.2.1. That is the current version I am running. I cannot connect to the repository on clients. The server client, I can access the repository. Is client licensing tied to the server IP address?
Hi Brenton,
Can you open the client on the server and connect ok?
Cheers!
Yes, I can connect the client ok on the server.

Cool. Can you manually attach the repository from the client? (click the attach button)
I'm wondering if the IP address is hard coded in the repository selection and scan for network repositories is turned off.
If it is hardcoded, it is easy to remove without going into the registry.
When you open the client, does the repository appear immediately in the box? If so, right click on it. Do you get the option to remove it? If so, please go ahead and do that. Once that is done, click on attach and manually put in the new IP address of the LF server and select the repository from the drop down box.
For the registry information, you can find it in this kb for LF7: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/KBArticle.aspx?ArticleID=1000768
When I go and try to attach a Repository, the server shoes up, but "- No Repositorys Found -" in the second section. This occurs if i select the server, that does show up by name or enter the new IP address manually.
In the "Attach" box, type in the new IP of the server instead of the name. That should be enough. If you changed the port as well as the IP, you should type in IP:port, where IP is the new IP address and port is the listening port used by the LF server.
I did not intentionally change the port, what should it be. I can netstat and see if the server is listening. I only changed the IP, from 192.168.11.14 to 10.10.3.10.
Also, Sometimes when I go to try and attach the repository, I get no servers found as well in the drop down. Ports 1888 and 2040 are listening.
