Question

Alignment issue while saving to repository

asked on June 10, 2015

I have the Laserfiche Form which was designed by applying styles using css,and I have the process flow where once the user submits the Form, it should be saved in Laserfiche Client using Save to Repository service task.So here when we do preview the form and make it ready for print, the alignment was fine but once the form is saved to Laserfiche Repository and from Laserfiche Client when we open the form, there i can find incorrect alignment and for print it shows more than a page.I tried to save the form in both PDF and tiff format, but still I am getting alignment issues,Is there having any settings to be done to get the Form without alignment issues?

Any ideas or suggestion please....

Hi,

when i do preview of the form, there is no alignment issues, and from there i can get the print as well without any issue, but once the form is saved to repository, then the alignment gets changed.

Here i attached the form appearance in preview and after saved to repository.

Hi there,

It probably caused by the customized css. You can check the element reference and make sure the css is also applicable to the Submission
