Laserfiche Licensing Details for Laserfiche Products.

I wanted to see if there was a clear document that detailed what is required for named users and Laserfiche addons.

for example workflow needs an account to log into Laserfiche to perform a task. That requires a named user account with full rights correct?

 

I'm confused on when its needed or not needed. Does the admin account need a full license? If I remove the repository named user on an admin what happens exactly?

The best places for information on licensing questions are the Laserfiche Avante deployment guide and the Laserfiche Rio deployment guide. They also have FAQ versions as well. 

To your questions above, the user accounts needed to authenticate with the Laserfiche Server in Workflow, Import Agent, Audit Trail, and Quick Fields agent do not require a named user license allocation.
