How to open document from Laserfiche from third party application

I have a web application. I am attaching documents from my web application to Laserfiche. I want to view attached documents from my web application. How can I view documents from my web application with out importing the document from Laserfiche.

We use WebLink for this.

I have seen Weblink used and have used the new Laserfiche Connector in this instance for both viewing documents from the application as well as importing new documents.
