Audit Trail Crashes Laserfiche

Has anyone else had problems when they start implementing Audit Trail, that it crashes Laserfiche?  I'm not an IT person, but I want to see if anyone else has had this problem.

From a Laserfiche Support standpoint, we haven't seen anything where implementing Audit Trail causes the Laserfiche Server to crash.

It'd be best to contact your reseller to open a support case so we can investigate the matter further.

Yes, I am aware of the "Middle Man" routine we have to go through to get an issue resolved with Laserfiche.  That's why I am on here, the "Support" site.

The Answers site can often be used to help with individual support situations, but generally we'd require much more specific information about your specific scenario then would be able to be communicated through this site. Opening up a support case often allows issues to be resolved much more quickly.

At the very least, I can tell you that there is no general known issue of 'Audit Trail crashes Laserfiche', and we would require quite a bit more information to troubleshoot.
