Currently forms has a participant group. It is currently using accounts from AD. The issue is it is pulling the entire AD when trying to sync. This is causing Forms to slow or causing high processing/memory usage on the server. Is there anyway to only sync the users that are part of the participants or will forms be forced to look at the entire AD?

Are you using the entire AD as base distinguished name for LDAP participant?
If you only want to use part of users from AD as LDAP participants, you can set the LDAP Server Profile with one or more base distinguished name that holds those participants.
There is currently a specific OU with a distinguished name that was added for users to sync. The only exception is that it is not looking at this group but the entire AD instead. When user are added and then the customer tries to sync manually Forms crashes. If a support case is needed to be opened I can go ahead with that and then update the solution on this page.
What is the exact version of your Forms? This can be found from the top right drop down > About. Please include the build as well.
Laserfiche Forms 9.2.1.1069
Any updates or suggestions on this? Should I open a support case instead?
A support case is always the preferred way if you expect a timely response. The forums are monitored by Laserfiche as time permits, so a speedy response is not guaranteed.
If the crash generates a dump file, please attach it to the case.
Thanks Miruna,
I'll get as much information as I can to open up the case.
