How can I activate new users that I recently bought?

I recently bought a pair of new users for a repository, but I don't know what to do to activate them, when I try to designate one to my repository, it says I reached the limit of users available, I've already use the activation key in the activation tool, but nothing happened, does anyone knows how to do this?

After using the activation tool to re-activate the Laserfiche Server, you would need to have saved the new license file to the Windows file system. Then make sure to place the new license into the Laserfiche Server program files folder (by default C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server) overwriting the old license file. Finally, restart the Laserfiche Server service and it should detect the additional users from the new license file.

If you are still having an issue with this, please open a case with Laserfiche Support.
