Hi,

  Is it possible to run a search on whatever data has been imported into Laserfiche since a particular day and time? If so, can we set up a schedule so that this report is run every sunday or something like that please?

It's not clear what you're trying to do. If you're just trying to get a count on how many documents were created within a given time frame, you can do that in Audit Trail.

Laserfiche Workflow can run at one time (schedule) a workflow to perform the search.

Thanks. I am trying to pull all the metadata that was entered in laserfiche since last sunday. I am trying to see if I can schedule this in such a way that this search will run every Sunday and pull all the data that was entered since the last run in the system.

Using Workflow to run a search probably isn't the most efficient method, but you can always use a created date search such as: {LF:Created>="6/1/2015"}. Audit is more suited for this type of report generation though. 

Added: If you are specifically looking for when metadata, not documents, are imported, you'll definetly need to use Audit Trail for that. FOrtunately, that's exactly what it's there for.

So, you are saying that using Audit Trail, you can get all the metadata that was entered in Laserfiche since a particular date please? If so, can you provide me some documentation to read?

Are you running into any issues with the search on support.laserfiche.com? The help files for all our software is available there. In the footer of the help file for any of our products there's a link to the documentation for all others.
