Auto-OMR/Regular OMR Question

Hey,

Is there a way to make this work with OMR?  I need to be able to identify which one of these items is selected on the form.  I can't seem to figure out a way due to the horizontal limitation of Auto-OMR.

You could do 4 separate Auto-OMR (one for each line) and combine the tokens in the field. If you set the "not marked" value for each group to blank, you should only end up with a single non-blank value across all 4.
