Is it possible to create the custom report based on my metadata fields in Laserfiche audit trial 9.2?

Without knowing what type of custom report you need, it's hard to answer that question. If you're just asking if you could point a reporting tool, like SQL Reporting Service or Tableau, to the Audit Trail database, then the answer is Yes.

Yes..I need to create the report using SQL Reporting service to the audit trial database,Is it possible create it automatically once the business process is completed?

I'm not sure what you're trying to do. SQL reports run on-demand when the user views them. See SQL Reporting Services documentation for email delivery options.
