Agenda Manager - How do you assign the submitter role to a user?

We have a Client who is on Agenda Manager 8.0.2. They recently created new users but can not assign the submitter role for these users. It seems the only way to make them submitters is when you assing them the prepare role.

 

Is there a way to make a user a submitter only?

Disregard my prior reply,  you can't specify submitters as a global role, but you can do so in individual process security. https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/agendamanager/9.0/en-US/AM/default.htm#CreatingAWorkflow.htm has more information.
