Unable to annotate a document

I have a customer that is trying to annotate on a document.  User had a 3 page document, which they combined with some other pages from within laserfiche.

 

On the first three pages, they can annotate (highlight, redact, text box), but on the added pages they cannot.  Nothing happens, select highlight, choose are to highlight, then nothing....  Same thing when they try to delete some pages from the document.  No errors, but paged do not delete.  

 

User has full access and feature rights to this document (checked effective perms for this user).  Document has NOT been checked out.

 

Anyone seen this before?  It seems a bit odd to me.

Is this on the desktop client or Web Access? Which version? i suggest opening a support case so we can diagnose the problem.

I don't suppose they've saved the document after adding the pages, maybe close it and reopen? As with Robert though, it's not something I've encountered.

Ok, thanks.  I am trying to get ahold of the customer, once I get some info from them I will open a support ticket.

So, this just started working.  Not sure what the issue was, customer will call back if it comes up again but for now this is just a mystery.
