Quick Fields creating blank documents

I am using QF 8.3 running Universal Capture on pdf documents. The documents are color pdf so I have my Scan Source Options set to Convert to black and white. All I am getting in the scan process is the vendor logo at the top of the form. The remainder of the form is blank. If I convert the pdf document to tiff it works just fine but that is an extra step I would like to avoid. What am I missing here?

Hi Karen,

I've had this before when the PDF is an editable/fillable PDF. I never found a work around (although I didn't look very hard as in that instance I could just process the PDF instead). Interesting to see what others come up with.

It's hard to tell without seeing the PDFs. There were various PDF page generation issues fixed for Quick Fields 9.
