laserfiche ricoh connector

Hi

We have installed the Laserfiche Ricoh connector on 6 MFP (MPC 3003SP, MP 3054SP, MP 4054 SP) we can't print tiff files from Laserfiche; we get the error "Cannot convert to pdf".

Sometimes the MFP freeze when we are using the connector

Are you creating the PDF using the MFP or exporting an existing document from LF as a PDF?  Can you explain the issue with more detail?

Hi Raymond

We take a tiff file on the repository and we try to print this file and we get the error message.  We can print pdf files from the repository.

My apologies but I am unclear with what you are trying to do.  You are trying to print a paper copy of a file already in LF to a printer that also happens to have LF connector installed in it? Is this a fair statement?  If you send the print request to another printer do you get the same behavior?

We try to print a document on LF from the MFP.  We open the LF connector, select the document and press print then we get the error.

Please open a case with Support and provide the video showing the steps you are going through.
