Is there a way for users to reset their Web Access password without having an Administrator have to do it?
Thanks Alexander - I should've been clearer in my question. What if I've forgotten my password and can't get to the change password screen? Is there anyway to reset it without involving an administrator?
Laserfiche currently doesn't offer any fully automated solutions out of the box for this, but you could implement an ad hoc solution through home grown methods or perhaps through the use of Laserfiche Forms, Workflow, and the SDK.
Note that for any solution you ultimately choose, I would recommend something along the lines of a password reset request form which sends a link via email to the user that takes them to another form that actually handles the password change. While Laserfiche repository users are not required to have an associated email address, it'd be good to add one, perhaps in the "description" field for the user.
