With this Forums help I created a Workflow for a client that automatically updates a Date Field in Templets assigned to Folders. The Field reflects the Creation Date of the last document scanned into that Folder.

Now the client would like a Workflow that automatically moves a Folder into an Archive Folder if the Creation Date of the last document scanned into that Folder is older than 3 years.

I’m not having any luck figuring this one out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could use Date Time Token calculator to figure out the day 3 years from the current date, then search for folders modified before that date and move them. You could put this workflow on a daily schedule.

I figured it out. I changed the Search to "Search Repository" and I had a mistake in the Token. It works like a charm. Thanks Miruna and everyone else.

Yeah, search is better because you can add the field search so you get a smaller set of documents to work with. So you wouldn't need the Conditional Sequence.
