We have some child Workflow instances that terminated because they were looking for the user based on a field that was blank.  After the instances terminated, a search  in Designer shows that they were terminated, but that the status is Running. The parent workflows of those children are stuck in a waiting state, because they didn't get the message that the children terminated (at least that's what I assume). We've tried terminating them a couple of times, get the same results. Any idea as to how to fix this?
