Can't connect to Web Access

Hello,

When I try to connect to Web Access I have an error message like this "Licence file doesn't allow you to connect to server (Server serial : serial-number-of-this-server)" but I have a Web Access licence and use the admin user to connect.

The error may not be exactly that but I had to translate it from French. See attached screenshot (in French).

I have removed the screenshot as it contained a Laserfiche serial number. However, you are using your copy of Web Access (licensed to your organization) and trying to connect to a Laserfiche Server that's licensed to one of your customers, which isn't allowed. Please make sure that your copy of Web Access connects to the properly licensed Laserfiche Server.
