I have a customer who is scanning to email/LF from a MFP. For example, she is scanning a 10 page document. Upon hitting "Scan," the pages are scanned and then automatically sent as PDF to their email, all as one document (with 10 pages). This is how she wants it to be saved in LF however, when the pages are saved to LF, they are all saved as individual documents, so the customer has 10 separate documents they now need to combine manually into one collective document.

Is there a setting in LF or IA that we can select that will import the entire 10 page document bundle and save as one complete document and not separate pages?
