We are having a problem with the Canon DR-M140 scanner when attempting to use color and another issue with duplex scanning -- anyone ideas?

What problem are you experiencing exactly? Please describe the problem in detail.

We cannot get it to scan with color or when we use Feeder(duplex) it still just scans balck and white and with only one side of the page.

If you scan outside of the LF client/Scanning, do you get the same behavior?

If not, if you reboot the machine and login with a different windows/LF account on the same machine, do you get the same behavior?
