There's a number of things that could be going on here. For example, you might be hitting the session limit on your user account if you are logged in a few other places. You could try disconnecting other connections you have and seeing if that clears it up. If you have access to the event viewer on the Laserfiche Server machine you can see if there's anything listed there corresponding to that error. If you have a different account you can try, you may get more information on whether it's a session or general connectivity issue. You can also try manually entering your windows credentials, rather then having it automatically log in.
this is the only place this account is being used atm. its a vm running windows 8.1 64 bit. This works on another machine, so I will just leave this for the time being.
