Missed the "HR’s Path to Paperless Hiring" webinar? Ask for me a copy!

posted on May 19, 2015

Recently, during a very informative webinar, Lynda Malmberg, Director of Human Resources at Steinhafels Inc., shared  how her organization automated the hiring process with Laserfiche Forms and Workflow.  All registered attendees will receive a copy of the recording.

If you weren't able to register for the webinar but are interested in obtaining a copy of the recording, send me your request!

Awesome!  I was registered for the webinar but had to miss it due to a family emergency.  I was really looking forward to seeing it since I am getting ready to start a project in our HR department to go paperless with our active personnel folders.

Thanks,

Watch the recording and listen to Lynda respond to the following questions submitted by viewers:

Q:  Did you create subfolders for each employee? Like, tax forms, I9, Medical file, etc?

Q:  With forms that the employee has to sign are those forms provided to the employees via a web-facing link to the forms?

Q:  Do you have a pre-set template that is used for job postings to all external sites? i.e., Monster, Craig's List, etc.

Q:  How did you justify the Laserfiche project to top management from the very beginning?
