Hello Gentil,

I suppose your 'search catalogs.jpg' is the backup folder. The index files in the folder are incomplete. I suppose that you copied the index files to the backup folder when search engine is running. This is not supported. The correct way to backup your index files is to stop search engine first, and then copy the index files. (See https://support.laserfiche.com/GetFileRepositoryEntry.aspx?id=2182&mode=download )

As Chris Douglas suggested, please follow https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1011970 to delete the index files, and re-create the catalog.

If it still doesn't work, please file a support ticket.
