Hi Hisham,

This error may occur when the User Access Control is ON in Windows system. There're 2 ways you can give a try:

1. Navigate to the folder(%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Laserfiche\Connector\Profiles) where profiles for All Users are saved and delete the profile there;

2. Launch LFC.exe by right click->Run as administrator, and then try to delete again.

Hi Jie

checked the laserfiche folder with LF connector from program files, no profiles are defined !!! however it is showing on the screen, tried the other option is not going as well, so I'm going to remove it then reinstall it, but this is an issue if client has many profiles & it gets blocked with error...

Could you please double check under the folder path where public profiles are saved? It should be "C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Connector\Profiles", not under the Program Files folder. If you still cannot find any profile defined there, please try to search under c:\ with profile name, in this case, 'iexplore - ScanWebAccess' as a key. The profile must be defined somewhere.

Reinstall LFC should not drop the defined profiles. That could be a good choice to reinstall now. Please let me know if that fixes the issue.
