Delete and Backspace no longer work in "Count" field in LF Scanning - 9.2.1

asked on May 15, 2015

It appears that, after upgrading from 9.1.1 to 9.2.1, you can no longer use the Backspace or Delete keys inside of the 'Count' field in the Laserfiche Scanning window.  The only way you can modify the contents of that field are by highlighting the existing text with the mouse and typing new values.

I didn't find anything mentioning this functionality in the release notes for 9.2.0 or 9.2.1, so I'm assuming that this is a bug.  Could somebody please confirm?

Thanks,

Mike Rizzo

Just select the value and type over it.

I understand that there is a fairly simple work-around.  However, the customer who reported the change in behavior would like to know if this change was intended, or if it is something they can expect to be "fixed" in a later release.  I'd like to be able to report back to them with something.

This issue was fixed in Laserfiche Scanning 10.2.0 and higher.
