We have successfully installed Social BPM onto our VAR kit, has any VAR's or Laserfiche come up with a really good way of presenting a business scenario which can be demo to potential/existing customers?
Our "Answers" site is using Social BPM. We use it to talk to VARs and end users to help them with their LF issues. We also use it internally as a site where internal users can post questions about our various products.
A great way to show Social BPM is in a process that has a form. Here, Social BPM appears on the side of the form to give the user the contextual knowledge they need and guide them through the process in which they are participating. Possible scenarios include public-facing forms such as job or permit applications. If you prefer to show Social BPM for internal use, a great option is any process that a user might be unfamiliar with or find confusing. For example, individuals often have questions when applying for retirement or filling out tax documents.
