Printing document with annotations

Hi all,

I have a scanned document with annotations which I print. The texts in the annotations go on a separate page. Is there a way that the text within the annotations appear on the scanned document itself?

What type of annotations are on the document? Some types of annotations (text box and callout text, for instance) will print directly on the image. Sticky notes, however, print the text on a separate page.

Hi Sheila,

 

You could try using the print "zoomed area of image" option?

I have used this option but the list of annotations is printed on a separated page.
