Error Generating Pages - Error 780

Periodically when generating pages, the job fails and I receiving the following message.  "Error generating pages for ***:  No response received from server. [780] [780]".  I'm unable to find anything in the event viewer on the server (or on my workstation) when this happens.  My client version is 9.2.1.562.

Michael,

Have you tried changing the generate pages option to use the snapshot drivers? If you go into your client and go to Tools->Options->Generate pages and click the radio button "Use Snapshot Virtual Printer." You can try to use this alternative to generate pages within the client. I would have a support case opened so that Laserfiche can test out this document on their end and provide another alternative solution.

Cristobal,

Have not tried out the 'Snapshot virtual printer' option.  Also, the problem is intermittent and not document specific.  Resubmitting a document usually processes without error.
