we can not load our client folder and getting this message 9008 general database error. Please advise how to fix that problem.  Thanks!

If restarting the Laserfiche Server service doesn't help, then please recreate the issue and then save a copy of the entire application event log from the Laserfiche Server computer in its native format, i.e. .evtx, and then contact your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case. Please provide them with the exact version of the Laserfiche Server you're using as well as a copy of the application event log.

try restarting your Laserfiche server service.

Check the event log on the LF server machine, there should be events with the exact database error.

Thanks, I restart the server and it works again.

9008 error usually relates to something wrong with SQL in my experience.
