We are running Forms 9.0.1.240 and just recently noticed that our only Forms process began sending blank PDFs to Laserfiche some time ago. One morning it started and every form since is blank. (Apparently three IIS hotfixes were applied that morning.)

I see there is a 9.2 hotfix for this, but it's not clear from the KB instructions whether this can be applied to our version or not, or whether that would help given that the IIS updates may be to blame.  

I also note that others have been told to re-apply the component that manages pdf creation, but when I tried running Modify on the Forms installation, the only option I got was to install "Laserfiche Forms", there was no option for the component itself.  Is reinstalling Forms my only option?
