we are using web access as our main interface for laserfiche , and i was asked to do one task and i need any suggestions about that:

- in the current folder tab there is columns for all the fields that we have. i need to change the color of some rows depending on the value in specific column cell , is that possible.

There isn't a supported way to do this and it would be very difficult for you to get something working reliably.

Maybe instead of color-coding, you could have Workflow apply your logic to update another field with a text description, like "Overdue", "Needs Accounting Approval", "Overdrawn" (or whatever is appropriate for your situation).
