quick fields agent schedules don't refresh automatically in Web Admin Console

We have to click on the Refresh button to view the updated information for the schedules in Web Admin Console. Is there a way to refresh this screen automatically?

Also when we refresh, the QF Server node Collapse and hides all the sessions info and we have to click on it to Expand it again.

First, if you have a lot of activity on the Quick Fields Agent, you may find the constant refresh to be annoying. That being said, are you able to refresh just the page you are looking at? I am unable to replicate that behavior in Web Admin 9.2.

Hi Ashley,

What I meant was, I open the LF Web Admin webpage and navigates to the QF Agent page, there I see Session_1 is currently in running status and Session_2 and Session_3 are in queue. I leave the window untouched for 1 minute. Now, even though the Session_1 was finished after about 30 seconds and Session_2 is in running stage and as I haven't refreshed my page manually, so all I can see is Session_1 is still running and Session_2 is still in the queue. So what I am after is, is there any setting where we can refresh/update the page contents automatically after some time, say after a minute without refreshing the webpage manually (I am kind of after a Live Update and use this screen as dashboard)

Is the above clear?

Hi Uzair,

Thanks for the explanation, I believe I understand your problem now. The QF Agent page does not update on its own automatically, but you can use the refresh button on the page. From your explanation, it sounds like everything is functioning normally. However, if you are still concerned, I would suggest opening up a support case and attaching screenshots/videos for clarification.
