i need to add pdf file pages to existing laserfiche document. i'm doing this by creating new document and drag it and drop it in the old document. is there better way to do it.

I would set in Tool>Options>New Documents>Settings>When importing PDFs to "Generate Laserfichfe Pages" and uncheck "Keep original PDF files" This way when you bring the PDF into Laserfiche it will come in as a tiff. Then you still have to drag and drop but you will also be prompted at the same time to delete the file you just brought into Laserfiche. this will help keep from having a bunch of duplicates or having to delete the PDF.

is there a quick way without creating new document in inside the same document?

You can use Universal Capture, however it only looks for Tiff, JPEG and BMP. So for a PDF, I am not sure of an easier way.
